Booking Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Wellness IV Therapy and Spa you agree to pay the fee indicated for the service that has been scheduled. A credit or debit card is required to be placed on file at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. Our front desk associate will contact you to collect card information within 48 hrs of scheduling.

Wellness IV Therapy and Spa require at least 24-hour advance notice of cancellation. You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled time.
