All of our IV therapy drips and injections are administered by licensed Registered Nurses with all the appropriate certifications and training.
We offer two different sizes of IV bags that we administer, 500mL and 1000mL. Both bags have the same amount of vitamins but different amounts of fluid and electrolytes. The 500mL IV drip usually takes between 20-40 minutes, and the 1000mL IV usually takes 30-60 minutes. We do, however, regulate the speed of the IV infusion to make sure the customer is comfortable.
This depends on your own personal health, we would recommend once a week, but we have different plans to suit your needs. We offer the option of doing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly treatments. If you are coming in specifically because you have the onset of a cold, you need a boost of energy, or you are taking a long-haul flight, then coming in for one infusion is fine too.
Our staff of registered nurses are well trained in starting IVs and will do their best to help you feel comfortable. The needle we use is small and only penetrates the skin 1-2mm then the catheter is slipped down the needle into the vein, and the needle is withdrawn. This means that there is no needle in while the IV is being administered so moving around isn’t a problem.
This may vary for each individual due to metabolism, lifestyle, diet, and variable daily metabolic needs. We have seen effects last for up to 4 weeks depending on the symptoms being treated. However, on average we have seen effects last for approximately 5-7 days.
IV therapy is the quickest way of getting vitamins and minerals into our bodies so in most instances you may feel the effects by the time you finish your treatment.
Make sure you drink plenty of water before you come in for your appointment, this will ensure that your veins are pronounced and makes the catheter easier to insert.
Unfortunately, no we do not accept insurance at this time. We do, however, accept HSA & FSA as forms of payment.
You can eat and drink before your infusion, although eating junk food is not recommended.
During the infusion, NAD+ can cause side effects such as nausea, brain fog, cramping, and muscle fatigue. However, these can often be relieved through slowing the IV drip.
We will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan in office. Plans vary depending on what you are treating and health.
Yes. There aren’t any lasting amnesiac or psychoactive effects of the infusion, so it’s safe to drive home afterward.
Yes. There are other viatmins that can be added on to your Infusion, not all, please ask a nurse in office.
Semaglutide is a peptide that activates particular metabolic pathways in the body. This results in improved blood sugar metabolism and decreased appetite. Semaglutide has been approved by the FDA and is available commercially under several names: Ozempic, Rybelsus, and Wegovy. Ozempic and Rybelsus are approved for individuals with uncontrolled blood sugar levels due to diabetes, while Wegovy is approved for the treatment of obesity.
The efficacy of semaglutide varies from person to person. While some individuals experience a reduction in appetite immediately, it may take weeks for the effects to build up since the dosing gradually increases over a few months.
Semaglutide aids weight loss by stimulating a hormone response that complements insulin release and interacts with high blood sugar levels. This results in a reduced appetite, a positive physiological response, and healthy weight loss. In simpler terms, semaglutide can help to decrease appetite, increase feelings of fullness and satisfaction from smaller meals, and regulate blood sugar levels. For optimal results, it's recommended to combine semaglutide with the guidance of a trained coach who can assist in tracking food intake and exercise progress, which can accelerate the weight loss process.
In clinical trials, participants using semaglutide lost an average of over 15% of their initial body weight over a period of approximately 15 months. By facilitating a caloric deficit, where individuals consume fewer calories than they burn, semaglutide proved to be a safe and effective way to lose weight gradually.
The duration of treatment can vary significantly. If an individual only needs to lose 10-20 pounds, they may not require long-term use of semaglutide. Once the goal weight is reached, a personalized weaning schedule will be developed. However, for individuals with a significant amount of weight to lose, semaglutide may be necessary for several months or even at a low ongoing dose for weight loss maintenance. As weight loss goals are achieved, a customized plan will be developed.
Unlike some medications, there are no food restrictions with semaglutide. However, many individuals choose to limit certain foods that they believe may hinder their weight loss goals, such as carbohydrates or sugary treats, to increase their chances of success. Although this approach may be effective in the short-term, it is not advisable to completely eliminate foods from your diet. To maintain a healthy long-term diet and lifestyle, it is important to work with a nutritionist to develop a personalized plan that suits your needs. Meal planning can also be beneficial for both your weight loss journey and budget. To optimize weight loss and muscle building, it is recommended to increase your intake of lean proteins such as spinach, tuna, chickpeas, chicken, and eggs. Fruits and vegetables are also excellent snacks due to their high fiber and vitamin content.
Semaglutide, the latest FDA-approved weight loss medication, is a highly effective solution that addresses insulin resistance. By mimicking the hormone GLP-1, Semaglutide targets the brain's appetite and food intake regulation area, resulting in reduced cravings and improved control over eating.
In addition to its positive impact on blood sugar levels, studies have shown that Semaglutide also promotes calorie and fat burning, leading to increased energy levels. The best results are achieved when Semaglutide is used in conjunction with lifestyle changes, such as adopting a healthier diet and maintaining regular exercise routines.
Semaglutide has been shown to be remarkably effective in promoting weight loss, with many individuals experiencing a reduction of 15-20% of their total body weight. Studies have consistently demonstrated that Semaglutide not only decreases appetite, but also enhances control over eating and reduces food cravings, resulting in improved glycemic control. The most significant weight loss benefits are observed when Semaglutide is used in combination with lifestyle changes, such as adopting a healthier diet and maintaining a consistent exercise routine.
It’s a protein that your body absorbs and transfers to the brain’s satiety region to minimize hunger. While simple fasting methods may increase negative symptoms, like moodiness, the Semaglutide solution allows you to eat a nutritious diet AND remain comfortable.
Also, since this is not a stimulant, it won’t affect your blood pressure or introduce other side effects. Semaglutide does the bulk of its work after you eat, circulating important hormones to your brain for faster insulation creation.
Patients will likely qualify for our Semaglutide weight loss program if one of the two following criteria are met:
Semaglutide is self-administered as a subcutaneous injection (shot) once weekly. This medication is generally well-tolerated and it can be taken long-term.
Semaglutide mimics a hormone produced in the small intestine that increases the sensitivity to the insulin your body produces, decreasing the amount of hunger hormone your body makes. It also acts on the “reward centers” in your brain to suppress appetite. Reduced hunger in combination with lifestyle modifications including healthier food choices, healthier meal intervals, and increased exercise have been proven to result in weight loss–even in individuals who have previously struggled to lose weight using other weight loss approaches or trend diets.
Raising your NAD+ levels through supplements isn’t as effective as through an infusion. Digestion is a problem for NAD+ because the substance is hard for the stomach to break down, making it less bioavailable. By bypassing the intestinal tract, the body is able to fully take in and utilize the NAD+ being administered. Infusions are especially recommended for those trying to have a more comfortable aging process, who are planning to detox, those who would like to boost athletic performance or who suffer from gastrointestinal illnesses.
NAD+ infusion therapy promotes healthier aging and performance and can help several mental illnesses, including substance abuse disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and PTSD. It can also help with Lyme disease due to its ability to aid enzymatic functions.
Restorative processes depend on NAD+, and shortages can cause problems such as metabolic decline, cognitive issues, and a lowered immune system. An NAD+ infusion helps counteract this, preventing issues before they arise. It also helps protect your neurons against the effects of neurodegenerative diseases.
NAD+ is necessary for optimal mental health and recovery. NAD+ protects your neurons from damage and improves your cognitive function and mental clarity. It also combats stress, fatigue, exhaustion, and a lack of motivation.
NAD+ is especially helpful for those with a substance abuse disorder because it can decrease cravings and discomfort during the detox process.
Due to the observed mitochondria ATP production that follows an NAD+ infusion, there have been improvements seen in athletes in reference to endurance, strength, stamina, recovery, and overall athletic performance.
NAD+ infusion therapy is a completely safe treatment option. It’s a natural substance used in the body and is readily incorporated.
